Dysfunctional customer care

I am getting **** sms messages about an amount of R12800.00 purchase from Takealot. A reference number TXN99621 is given with a message if this is not you call ***. I know it's a **** so I try calling Takealot customer care to report it, and try and stop it the recorded message say 1,2 and 3 are for returns etc., for any other please press 4. I do this, get 2 bits of music and then dead silence, I have called 3 times with the same result
