Excellent Customer Service is something that one rarely experiences.

I had an issue with an item that had been delivered, and essentially the matter had gone South, but then Dylan.C-M came and really astounded me with his heart in this industry. Takealot should hold on to employees like Dylan, who really cares about their customer(s).
