DVR HD

I bought a brake caliper kit which was a used product and half the tools was missing then it was returned which I then ordered a DVR Hd and paid the difference and now they delivered me the dvr but no Hd inside,I tried calling but u hold on forever and when I eventually spoke to the consultant I requested for the supervisor to contact me still no response service is bad I wish I did not have to give a star but really now it sad
