DVD/Blu Ray defects and courier issues

<p>Numerous times ive been sent defective or incorrect items in this category. Once I even received a blu ray set that was EMPTY. Other problems include sending wrong region blu rays (advertised region B but product region A, wrong information regarding the products under product information, used products that are damaged, torn or looked used, missing items, cracked blu ray boxes that looks as if they have been through world war 2 - the excuse of maybe blaming the couriers cannot be used because i order via another online platform and they send items via post office (whick takealot doesnt do) and NEVER had the same issues. Just had a look at the Hellopeter ratings of Takealot and its very bad. What will Takealot do in bettering quality control of its products? Another issue is miscommunication between Takealot and the courier services. Wrong dates and times are given or they pitch a day earlier or later. I am seriousely considering in never making use of them again. Too many let downs. </p>
