Dusty old Packaging

I have bought a Bohemia Crystal wine decanter 1250 from takealot.com. It was supposed to be a present for someone but I can't present that because the box(Packaging) was all dusty and old and it was already opened. It did not look new at all. I'm very disappointed because I cannot gift a person with such a box.
