DUPLICITY

How deceptive can a company be - Take-alot!! This will go to the advertising standards authority by my hand<br> I ordered an Apple iPhone 5s - when the order arrived the packaging then only and only then shows you that the phone was pre-owned. <br> When I challenged Take-alot - they tell me that CPO stands for \Certified - Previously Owned\" - Did you know that? I certainly did not. Nowhere on the site does it explain CPO - this is out and out deception as far as I can see!!!<br> I have demanded a full refund into my bank account and the collection of the phone.<br> A woman phoned me in response to my email. I asked her please to confirm in writing that a full refund to my bank account would be given and the parcel collected today.<br> I am yet to hear.... Clearly this is going to be a fight! I do not want a credit on Take-a lot!! I want my money back! <br> Fantastic! The customer is never king at this company. I am tired of their apologies etc. as the service just never improves really!!<br> Any comments Take-alot Senior Management?? - In my dreams!!!<br> "
