Duplicate Order Received

I received a duplicate order. I have supp**** my details for someone to pick up the extra goods.

The consultants however are like ROBOTS. 3 consultants that 1. Do not read 2. That auto-respond 3. I do not want do cancel my order. I have received the correct order. I just received it TWICE. 4. This is still unresolved even though all 3 are on the same mail trail

I am happy to keep the extra items... it is free for me. you decide...
