Dumb service
MRRN-FMZWV-NAZ4 return was denied because it was open and used.How are you going to know if something works if you don’t open the package and use the item.These people are are brain dead I have spent thousands of rands with Takealot over the years and as we speak I have a 5.400 thousand rand item on its way I am now scared of even opening it.

18 May 2024, 09:21I have contacted takealot again and no response from them I am guessing they don’t care about their loyal customers Amazon has just launched so if it were them I would hold on to the customers I have but I’m guessing they don’t need us
