Due to Takealot employees not taking their job seriously, I have been ****med!!!!!!!
If Hello Peter had a 0-star rating, I would have! I received an email from Takealot stating my COD can no longer be accepted I will have to make a payment to Takealot with banking details that were attached to the email. Also, if I do not make the payment they will cancel my order. I tried calling *** yesterday 27/9/2023 4 times and today 28/9/2023 but no answer. I called takealot 27/9/2023 to confirm if the email was legit but NO ONE AT ALL!!!!! Due to Takealot not answering I HAVE BEEN ****MED! Pathetic service!!!!! I make use of Takealot every damn month and within the last 3 months I spent almost R20 000 on Takealot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The weird thing about this **** is when I paid the funds via EFT yesterday 27/9/2023 my consignment went from "NOT SHIPPED" to "SHIPPED" after I made the payment and sent EFT payment. Should I actually come and do the Takealot manager's jobs for them? From what I SAW this could only be an inside job because there is NO WAY IN HELL that the system could update itself ESPECIALLY if Takealot did not receive the funds. I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL I GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS that is for damn sure!
