<p>The service you reveive for installation of installing a decoder after purchase is non-existent. I purchased a decoder and after 2 weeks I still do not have an installation appointment. Takealot keeps giving me installer numbers but every installer wants a voucher number. The deal included free installation but there is NO INSTALLATION VOUCHER in the box. That means you do not have any way of claiming your free installation. </p>
