DSTV Decoder inclusive of installation

<p>I bought a DSTV decoder inclusive of installation from Takealot.com. I received the decoder shortly thereafter, but still have not been able to get someone to install it for me. After several calls and emails to takealot and DSTV, the end result is that I have to personnaly phone all the DSTV accredited installation companies myself. After phoning more than 10 in my area, everyone's answer is that they no longer do DSTV voucher installations, or not if it is purchased via Takealot. Takealot is not able to assist, just said I must phone DSTV. Did i not purchase this product from them? Inclusive of installation? On Friday I asked for a refund on the installation portion, on which I still have not had a response from them. I will never buy anything from them again.</p>
