Dropping the standard

I used to love and respect the brand and service. However it seems takealot is too concerned with saving cost this days. My last two orders, items when not properly packaged. They no longer use their boxed instead the product will be rapped in a transparent plastic. I used to love the packing which was the takealot boxes and made me feel respected as a client but now it's just about a sale and nothing else. Waiting for another order this Friday will see if this new unpleasant habit continuos or not.
