Dropping the ball AGAIN!

<p>I placed an order with Takealot on 28 November. THe recommended delivery lead time is 7 - 9 days. I list my last delivery date as Wednesday 14 December. That gives Takealot an extra 10 days. The ***ards send me an email the day before delivery to advise that my order will take another 5 - 7 days. They cannot phone and offer a new delivery date. The ***ards hide behind email. When did they realise that the order was not going to make the delivery date. Surely this information could have been forwarded to me last week so i could make alternative arrangements. On the same order they could not deliver another item as they had no stock! What a flop you are takealot and you should change your name to "takealotoftimebecausewedon'tcareandare***ardswhodon'tphone"!!!!! PATHETIC SERVICE</p>
