Drop in price without refund

I ordered a Gizzu CCTV diy kit, it got delivered... 10 days later the price drop with R1400. I called takealot expecting a refund, but they couldn't even decide what their refund policies was. I called 5 times and got a different story each time. Long story short, they only give refunds within 7 days. I understand that prices change from time to time but not R1400
