Drivers making false excuse not to find me!

It's so annoying that you get a delivery date, take a day off that the courier finds you, keep your phone on, gate open then you U get a SMS, client unavailable reschedule delivery! No missed call, no SMS. No driver phone number! Takealot lines down to enquire! What am I supposed to do now??? Worst part it's only 9 in the morning but they already wanna reschedule for another day like I'm dead!
