DRIVERS LYING AND SAYING I AM NOT HOME, WAITING TO DAYS AFTER PAYING FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY

I ordered a package and paid for next day delivery, waited the WHOLE day, then got a notification that they couldn't deliver because I was not home?!? No one called me or anything! The tracking also said they tried to deliver in Brakpan, but my address is in Springs?! I needed that package TODAY, that is why I paid the extra fee!! Please arrange someone to deliver it NOW, I tried calling takealot and after being on hold for 30mins they cut off the call. I am EXTREMELY UNHAPPY.
