Drivers Lying

Second delivery in 1 week that didn't arrive, stating no one at home.

I have several working on the roof busy with thatching, builders working on the garage facing the driveway and both me and my husband at home. On the 2 nd delivery they tracked the diver that was 8,6 km away from our house and never here. They bluntly **** on both deliveries and I paid extra for urgent delivery.

How can they employ drivers like that?!
