DRIVERS DON'T SANITISE SIES

Driver did not sanitise when giving me my package. When I told him he said he sanitised before he loaded. But I did not see him and anything could've happened on his way to my address. When I told him I'm gonna report him he still didn't care. He said but he saw that I sanitised but is he not supposed to sanitise. The second time I said I'm gonna report him because he still doesnt get the pic all he said was 'ok'. Yet you advertise that you exercise safe delivery.
