drivers and delivery service sucks big time

I placed a order in last week with a confirmation that the things i orded would arrive no later then monday 29/11/2021 order Order #***4. during this same time my ***orders placed a order on their profiles some before me on the same day others after me. we company. they way it works if reception is not available security would be available to ensure the orders gets delivered there will never be a time where there is no one infront due to the nature of our business. all 7 of my co workers received their things they delivered today and its not even 12 however on my order it states that i need to reschedule due to no one being infront to collect not a phone call not a nothing just i need to reschedule. clearly this person the driver never came to the place of work let alone contacted me now i need to wait a day later because of a driver that does not know how to do his job. if i dont get my things delived today i would like to do a cancelation and want my money back. how is it that every person got their order and i get stuck with a idiot that does not care about the company imaage. this isnot on so please can you stick with your service level agreement and get my stuff here by today
