Driver with a bad attitude

I am very upset with this delivery of take alot and i saw a missed call from the driver 13:19 and 13:20 and again a message at 13:20 i responded as quick as i could driver gave me alot of stories telling me that he waited 30minutes which is a lie because he first told me,he called and then again said he waited in the car then, again told me its the network and then told me he waited by the gate i would like a refund on same day delivery because this is outrageous i have been tracking this delivery none stop today!!!!!
