Driver refused to deliver my items, said I can call Takealot

Good morning,

I had a call from your driver and he was utterly rude, he said I can call takealot and no one is taking my calls since 11am!!! Someone is cutting my calls and I am not impressed!

I am highly annoyed now as he was delivering 2 of my orders and 1 was an exchange, order #***6 & the other is ***7

I want an answer now please.
