Driver public indecency

I tried to reach out to report a complaint against one of your drivers. The driver was urinating in public right in front of our property. When I addressed the individual he scoffed at me and continued with his business. I would appreciate it if the company can contact me regarding this as there's no way on all of your provided channels for this type of complaint.
