Driver out of line - Rude and Disrespectful

I am so heated, so my manager ordered an urn and shelving for the company but added me as the person to receive it. The lady came at 15:15pm to drop off the stuff but was already complaining on he many orders she has to make and I am not the only one that has a delivery, I am baffled because number one she is a lady and she has no man power to pick up the heavy shelves so I got a male employees to assist her. Tjo this lady proceeds to tell me that I should make it fast because other company’s are closing at 5pm, when I ask her if I am her manager, she obviously says No then I ask her why complain to me because she chose to come at the time she came, I did her a favour to assist her with someone to help offload those heavy things, its technically not our jobs to do so, she says if I want I can report her….I would like to understand, how come the drivers are so rude and full of the most disgusting attitude? I buy from Takealot so much that I am so disheartened to know there are people who are so rude and full of it, whereas service should be top of the range not just products. Please can someone assist in calling this woman into order because she must be treating other customers this way, its appalling. She told me to report her and I am not surprised because she probably knows there are no consequences to her actions.
