Driver damage my door time of delivery

On the 22nd January my parcel from takealot was delivered but the driver damage my door, I laid complaint surprisingly they telling me it's expensive to repair, I've been sending emails I am not getting response, I am so disappointed at they service is extremely poor, now I am left with the door with wholes, its been over a month now
