Driver crashed into my car

Good day Over the past four weeks I laid a complaint against one of the drivers at takealot regarding being hit by one of their drivers but nothing has been done about.As per my telephone call with one of the company’s consultants I was visiting my cousin in Carltonville for school holidays(I am a teacher in Katlehong),we then decided to drive to Mooi river mall in Potchestroom on the 3rd July, at around 14:10 where the scene happened,the driver moved from the lane(right) and drove into my lane(left) without observing,where he bumped into my car. I was travelling with my two year old and cousin.While at the scene Mr Nkopane presented himself as remorseful and further promised that he will fix my car~and I truly regret taking his word for it,he went back and forth with chatting with my cousin via WhatsApp where he requested quotations which I provided to him but he still didnt do anything) he still further promised he will fix my car but will have to speak to his sister because the bakkies he uses to deliver belongs to his sister Nteboheng but he still ended up not fulfilling any of his promises,the same promises he made to my partner via WhatsApp but he still didn’t fix it. He then started not answering calls(him and his sister) I resorted to taking the matter to the lawyers where she(the sister) said (to my lawyer) that because I have decided to take the legal route she has no business fixing my car. Mr Nkopane took advantage of the fact that I don’t reside in Potchefstroom and therefore decided he will not fix my car,he has been nothing but dishonest and disrespectful towards me and I am beyond disappointed by his actions because I have waited almost 4 months for him to communicate with me regarding fixing my car(he requested quotations which I provided to him but he still didnt do anything).Reporting this matter here is my last resort because he seems to be sending me from pillar to post and is proving to be a ****. I have recordings of him admitting his fault.Thank you.
