Driver bad attitude and takealot poor service.

Delivery guy called at 16h30 and told me he will bring my delivery at19h00 and when I asked him about the sms I got that said I must expect my parcel before 17h00, he said that won't happen and he will fail my delivery and he dropped the phone. I had my plans for the evening, I was just waiting for 17h00 so I can leave. I DM Takealot on Twitter but they did not respond.
