Dreadful service - why be online if you can’t function delivery service

Changed delivery date with notice the night before at 10h00. Tried to reschedule with delivery person, whom noted it, except not to delivery date as per them initially. They just pitched the following day and then cancelled order due to not being able to contact me. I tried contacting them to no avail. Have tried to speak to management, but nobody responds. Have pre-formatted emails which are useless re answers then if they call and yiu answer they hangup on you. Can’t call them back. One star to much …
