Dreadful service - no refund!

Takealot made a mistake delivering my order to the incorrect depot. They cannot seem to resolve this simple mistake. It has taken five days and they continue in their confusion which is understandable considering the bizarre systems they employ through call centers. They will not acknowledge that they created the problem and will not refund my money - which is "credited" to my account.
