Dreadful Service

<p>I was a first time buyer with Takealot. Paid immediately via EFT for a bundle for a Samsung S7 cover and screen protector combo. The delivery took two weeks and when i recieved the package my delivery was INCORRECT. I recieved the right screen protector for the S7 but they sent me a Flip cover for Huawei P5 or something. Anyway I contacted the company immedately and logged a return. Then i recieved notifiction that there was still stock of the item i previously ordered and that the courier would pick up the incorrect package and replace it with the correct order. After almost ANOTHER two weeks of waiting I took the onus upon myself to ask Takealot for an update on my order only to find out the next morning that they actually did not have the item anymore and wantede to give me Taekalot credit. No thank you, I would like my money back. I have utilised many online sites to purchase goods and for a site thats supposed to be a professional service this is a ridiculous experience. DO NOT RECCOMEND.</p>
