Draging feet

We have a Hisense cellphone that refuse to charge. Contacted Hisense who told us to bring phone into their walkin repair centre in cpt. They checked the phone and found it faulty. No spares available to fix the phone so they gave us a report stating no spares available and an order for a new phone. This we took to Takelot who refused to honour this. Its now been 3 working days with no feedback except they will respond to me after their supply team has looked into this. I want to return everything ever bough from takelot if this is their way of sorting out a problem. Call ref ***

Hello Keelvol-cpt,

We're sorry to hear of the troubles you're experiencing in getting your phone to charge. If you have received a product which turns out to be defective you should notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect. We'll then arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. The product will then be inspected and if the return is validated it'll be processed according to your request.

If the correct returns process isn't followed it can unfortunately lead to delays. We've instructed our complaints team to address this matter with our returns department in the morning so that we can determine where the hold-up is and hopefully get this matter sorted out in no time.

Our team will be in touch with you as soon as they've liaised with the relevant departments.

Kind Regards,
