Dragging their feet

Good Day everybody.

We need your urgent assistance in this matter under reference MRRN-4JM95-ADEJ at takealot.com. We ordered a stove from Takealot.com. They delivered it on Monday ,30 Jan 2023. When a certified Gas installer unpacked the stove, he informed us that it is not a full gas stove. It is a gas plate stove with an electric oven. We contacted Takealot.com and explained to them that the advertising of this specific stove was misleading and we want to return it for a fully operated Gas stove. They agreed and the stove was returned after several attempts from them reference 15 Feb 2023 up to 20 Feb 2023. (By SMS’s). On the advice of the provisional transporters to take a lot the stove was not repacked in its original package of polystyrene and card board. The professional transporters did not even complete paperwork or return of good forms. Now after a long period Takealot alleged the glass part of the stove is broken. Several calls and constant E-mails to their help line *** no progress can be made and they are just dragging their feed. Please assist.
