<p>My latest experiences with Takealot.com have been very unsatisfactory.</p> <p>I ordered a Sunbeam kettle. The product arrived faulty. Went through the whole process of returning, checking the item and getting a new one. The new one lasted 4 months. No replacement so I got a credit.</p> <p>Ordered iPhone covers and screen protectors - Shocking Quality!</p> <p>So I needed a new kettle and as Takealot had a Mellerware promotion and competition I ordered a Mellerware kettle. Stock was available. The full amount went off my account, Takealot says they app**** the credit. Emails... Phone calls... Then no delivery cause supplier out of stock.</p> <p>useless!</p> <p> </p>
