Downfall of Takealot

I just want to express my disappointment with this giant online company that I have been a very loyal customer of for many years, after paying for what I ordered they sent it to the incorrect address and eventually canceled the order

The horrible part is that I can no longer get the items anywhere else at the same price, they promised to retry delivery but I do not know what happened I am so annoyed by this because I wanted the product not the money back
