Double Standards

My disabled son purchased a PS4 game on Takealot with his birthday money. The game came and the machine would not pick up the disc, we tried everything. Returned it to request a new one. The new disc came and it does the same, the machine keeps saying unidentified disc. I packed it up and returned it for credit, now they are refusing to credit the account and want to give me the disc back that does not work. You took the first return and you refusing the same problem disc again. You have DOUBLE STANDARD Takealot. I took the disc out for 1 minute and packed it in all the original packaging and took it back to the pick up point. Be moral people and credit the account as you sell goods that don't work.
