Double payments at Takealot.com

I have been a long time loyal customer to takealot.com with no issues in the past, however recently i made a purchase online. After several attempts failing to pay with my ebucks i payed with my card.

My ebucks have been deducted from my account even though my card transaction had been successful.....

I have sent a mail to support but until today have had no response.
