Double deduction of payment of same item by takalot

I ordered on 15 February 2023 surge protector plugs in the amount of R699.00 from takealot. When I wanted to make payment of the good with my capitec debit card my payment was rejected. I immediately did a new payment with the same debit card on payfast I noticed that m9ney was double deducted through Mastercard and payfast. No one is able to refund me and I have forwarded proof of my Mastercard payment and payfast to takealot without any success. I need my cash urgently back from takealot please.
