Don't waste your time or money!

Horrible service!! Due to Takealot Cape Town's inability to co-ordinate their drivers, my item (the last one in stock) was not delivered per my instructions and as a result sold to another consumer. Upon arrival at the head office to attempt to collect it myself, the staff then proceeded to laugh in my face and refuse to assist me. I have a string of over 25 emails from multiple staff members confirming my instructions, but not one employee could get it right to have my item delivered successfully. Pathetic!
