Don’t want to return my money

I am very disappointed with Takealot’s service. I purchased a portable air conditioner and returned the item within the 30-day return period. The product was only tested briefly and packed back for return.

Takealot refused my refund saying the box was damaged and that there was hair inside the packaging. Box damage can easily happen during transport and a small hair should not be used as a reason to refuse a return.

I have previously returned another appliance within the allowed period and it was accepted, so this decision feels unfair and inconsistent.

I am requesting Takealot to please review this case again and provide a fair solution
