Don't want to give my money back

I am very upset about takelot they ducted double my money even after I canceled. I received a email to send proof. Know listen to this I send them my bank statement will all the details plus a screen shot of my cancelation. And I still received a robort message to send the same things. I want my money.. They ignoring my emails.
