If I could give minus start I would. Placed an order on Sunday. As soon as I paid my order they changed my shipping address. On my profile the correct address can be seen. Been phoning them 10+ times a day, every time assured it’s been fixed, yet after an hour receive a notification it hasn’t. Every time speak to a different person ensuring me they’ll get back to me just to go through the entire process with a new consultant. Asked for a refund and cancellation, agent told be it’s done just to not order a refund but a replacement order to the same incorrect address. Phoned again and the response is to let them know once I received the order WHICH IS NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN THEY CHANGED MY ADDRESS. Also don’t want to give me back my money. It’s been 5 days of going back and forth, meaning if I have t replace the order it’s going to take 3 weeks instead of 2 days. PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC.
