DON'T USE TAKEALOT.COM

This is the second time I have placed an order and the incorrect item was delivered or I had a missing item. On Friday I collected my parcel and noticed one of my items was not included in my order. I still have no feedback regarding my missing item and the sales consultants are not answering my emails. There is also no number for me to phone. This is RIDICULOUS. On my previous order, I got the complete wrong item and the amount for the product was credited to my account, but when I ordered the CORRECT item for the SECOND time, I had to pay a delivery/collection fee for the SECOND time eventhough the fault was on their side. I will never ever recommend this "leading online shop" to anyone. Absolute WORST service I have ever experienced.
