Don't use Takealot, They ***** your money !!!

I tried to use Takealot during Black Friday, but their servers were down the whole time, maybe that was a blessing in disguise.

I used them before Christmas they could not deliver the items after numerous calls logged, they moved the delivery date twice and still did not deliver, without any notification. I had no choice than to cancel the order and make alternative plans, till today the order has not been cancelled.

Their 2 to 12 hour turn around on calls logged is a blatant lie. I have interacted with and even called their support center three times, interacted with the following people: Zenande, Lestine, Calsondro, Mischka, Mansoor, Tshepang, none of them processed the refund they just close the call and it has been more than 16 days now !!!

So firstly they did not deliver and now I can't get my money out of them, absolutely ***********.
