Dont use take a lot

Takealot sent me the wrong phone. I ordered a P20lite but received a p8 lite and now when I return the phone I'm getting all sorts of stupid excuses that a stupid charging cable was "lost"? Why the hell would I keep a charging cable, really now? im gonna take this to cgso and my lawyers i will write a review every day about take a lot
