Don't try to cancel a Takealot order

Please do not try to cancel an order before Takealot decides they want to deliver it. You can only cancel it when you get a SMS to say they are going to deliver it. They then incur a delivery charge and a collection charge. No wonder they made a loss last year. Also don't give it to the driver to return when they do deliver it because Takealot will tell you the goods are damaged even though you did not accept the package never mind opening it
