Dont Trust Takealot Orders

I bought two iPads for business purposes as a prize to be handed out when we travel to Lebanon for a conference. I didn't open the box immediately and when I did, to wrap the prize, I found a box inside the Takealot box with 6 packets of babywipes. Some individuals inside their DC know exactly what the weight was and swopped the items internally. I queried this twice with photos as proof and was told, the weight was the same, the investigation won't go further. Most frustrating and embarrassing to go overseas with no prize.
