DONT TRUST TAKEALOT FOR CHRISTMAS!
Bitterly disappointed! <br> Ordered all my Children's Christmas presents on Takealot on the 25th November (enough time before Christmas - you'd think so?)<br> <br> Still awaiting delivery of the presents. Was supposed to send them down to Cape Town with a family member who was driving down, to avoid packing them in bags for our flight, but have now missed their trip, so massive inconvenience.<br> Now, nearly two weeks later we are still waiting for the gifts, with our flight in less than a week - stressed out!<br> Customer Service is non-existent - will not change our delivery address, (to have them sent down to Cape Town for us) and have stopped responding to me emails, so no idea whether it's a stock issue, courier problem, etc.<br> <br> BITTERLY disappointed - highly unlikely to use them again, or recommend.<br> <br>
We sincerely apologise for failing to deliver your orders to you on multiple occasions and for the frustration this has caused. This is a far cry for the level of service we aim to give our customers. We will make sure that the areas which led to these failures are addressed and that the necessary corrective action is taken ASAP.
We have escalated this matter to our courier management team who will be in touch with you directly. They will make the necessary arrangements for delivery to take place to whichever destination you require and they'll monitor the situation to ensure that this is followed through.
