Don't trust takealot empty promises

It has taken these clowns over a MONTH and 12 emails from myself just to address a warranty issue with a vacuum cleaner I bought from them. Each time, takealots unqualified customer care team has a new excuse to delay things even further despite my repeated requests for a plan on addressing the issue.
