Don't trust Takealot

Hi everyone. I spend quite a fair sum of money every month, or every other month on the Takealot website, primarily using their Android app as the credit card details are already added to it. In January for example, I spent R6000 on a new AMD CPU and some other computer hardware. On the 26th February, I ordered and paid for gym equipment to the value of R2649, including R50 same-day delivery, and a R5 donation. It was only R50 for same day delivery, so I thought why not. The driver never arrived but not a train smash. Delivery was made the next day to my office. The driver however refused to carry any of the equipment out the bakkie, or even help me when I did. When I requested that the R50 that I had paid for same-day delivery be credited to my account via their app on my mobile, I received no response, and have still not up until the writing of this review. On principle, I will never buy from Takealot again and it's so short-sighted of them to wipe their ass on a customer in this fashion, when I used to buy so frequently from them. To antagonise a solid customer and have them leave you for a paltry R50 is, uh, dumb? I cannot wait for their competition to land however, so I can spend my money elsewhere :)
