DONT TRUST TAKEALOT.

I bought an electronic water bottle from Takealot two weeks back as a gift, it came without a charging cable. I logged a return for the item and got a message that the item will be picked up on the 11/09/2018 and will be replaced the same day if I sent a picture of the item and it's barcode which I did. A week later, I haven't heard of Takealot since. As a regular customer, I am highly disappointed in the manner this query was handled. Since I order on a regular to my work address, my colleagues will be made aware of this so that they don't fall in the same trap as I am, money and time lost as I'm sitting with a useless item.
