dont support takealot

i bought a netogy android tv box from takealot as a gift for my dad when i gave it to him for his birthday there was no power cable inside the box so i returned it to takealot via there website they kept it for 4 days before sending me an email stating they can not help me as im past the return poilicy of 7 days when i explained the situation i was ignored and the parcel sent back to me with still no power cable

do not waste your time or money on takealot there are better online stores to buy from and that deliver quality goods

this is not the first time i have had a issue with there products i bought a screen protector from them that just bubbled and lifted 10 min after putting it onto my device there is no Quality control and your money is wasted
